GWALTNEY COMMUNITIES, a subsidiary of GC Companies, was established 12 years ago and is headquartered in Clarksville, Tennessee. Over this twelve-year period, GWALTNEY COMMUNITIES has grown to become one of Tennessee’s “premier” development firms. We have developed, built, sold, owned and managed numerous first-rate properties throughout Middle Tennessee. Today, we manage over 1500 rental units and have several new properties in the construction or development pipeline.
